Federal law limits the availability of these accounts to individuals, sole proprietorships, non-profit organizations operated primarily for religious, philanthropic, charitable, educational, political or other similar purposes, governmental units and funds held in a fiduciary capacity.

Money Market Account:	This account is a combination savings and checking account with tiered rates. It provides a higher interest rate, but limited check writing authority. Minimum balance of $1,000 Interest based on current money market conditions Rates subject to change daily Interest earned based on funds on deposit. The tiers are: up to $2,499 $2,500 to $9,999 $10,000 and up Unlimited deposits Unlimited in person withdrawals Per Federal Regulations, a depositor is permitted to make no more than six transfers (preauthorized, automatic or telephone) a month and no more than three of the six transfers may be made by check, draft, debit card or similar order made by the depositor and made payable to third parties. Money Market Plus:	The Money Market Plus Account offers tiered rates for customers that maintain higher balances and expect a better rate of return.
