Douglas Messmann Appointed Director

Union State Bank Chairman of the Board Jack Novak announces the appointment of Attorney Doug Messmann as a new Director.  Doug is a graduate of Kewaunee High School, the University of WI Green Bay, and the University of WI Law School.  He has been practicing law for 34 years and owns Messmann Law Office in Kewaunee.  Doug will serve as Director of Union State Bank, their holding company NEW Bancshares, Inc., as well as the Novak Agency, Inc., a subsidiary of Union State Bank.  Doug is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar Association and the Kewaunee County Bar Association and is active in several local organizations.  He brings to the Bank considerable business knowledge and is a welcome addition to the Board.
