E-Statements are convenient, secure and free.  They look just like your paper statement and are available faster than waiting for the statement in the mail.

How to Sign Up:

In order to stop receiving your paper statement and start receiving e-Statements: 

• Contact us below and let us know you want to enroll for e-Statements.  All your accounts will be changed to E-statements unless you tell us otherwise.  Just provide your name and a phone number in case we have questions.

• Once your accounts are setup to receive E-Statements, we'll email you to let you know.  You'll need to confirm your agreement to E-Statements by clicking a link in the email.

What if I don't have a Union State Bank Internet Banking Account?

• Just click here Internet Banking.  Click Enroll Now to complete the enrollment process.  In the next 2-4 days you'll receive two letters, one containing your temporary Access ID and the other your temporary Password.  Once you have both, you'll be able to access your accounts online, including your e-Statements and copies of your checks!

How will I know when my E-Statement is available?

• We email you a notification when your E-Statement is available.  Your E-Statement will look exactly like your paper statement and you'll receive it faster than the paper statement! 

• To access your E-Statement, log onto your Union State Bank Internet Banking Account and click the E-Statement tab. 

• Be sure to keep your email address current in Internet Banking (Options tab).

How long is the statement history available?

• Statements from July 2011 to present are available.

Is there a fee for this?

• No.  E-Statements are provided at no cost.

Termination of E-Statements:

• If you would like to cancel your enrollment in E-Statements, you may do so by contacting us by email, in person, or by phone.  Account holders with Green Checking Accounts will be assessed a $4.95 monthly fee.

If you need a paper copy of your statement, call us or stop in any location for a copy (statement reprint charges may apply).
